The vocsa board
The VoCSA board operates based on a collegial system:
1. Equal Power: All members of the board have equal status and collectively make decisions. There is no single head of VoCSA; instead, the board functions as a collective executive body.
2. Consensus-Based Decision-Making: Decisions are taken collectively, and once a decision is reached, all members are expected to publicly support it, even if they personally disagree.
3. Rotating Presidency: The board chair (president) is elected annually among its members, with the chair primarily serving as the person to organise and lead EC meetings rather than wielding additional power.
